It was also observed that one of the factors that the collective construction of the Project of the school has made it difficult it is the lack of objective conditions of space-time for meeting, reflection, elaboration and accompaniment. Therefore, the reality has shown that the community is not participating of the life of the school, and also of its problems, considering that the construction of the Project Pedagogical Politician is not a simple action, therefore implies diverse personal and collective confrontations, being basic for the success of the process a strong and based articuladora team theoretically, but that if does not consider detainer/owner of knowing. Ahead of the displayed one, we conclude that the participation of the pertaining to school community is not contributing for the construction of the Project Pedagogical Politician in Pertaining to school unit Montezuma as in fact would have, therefore so that it really has a participation accomplishes on the part of all involved in this construction necessary school to offer, of constant form, occasions of dialogues, reflections and convivncia human being who involves the parents, pupils, employees, professors, at last, must involve all the pertaining to school community. The participation, therefore, must more be than integration of the school to the family or contribution of the parents is necessary to understand it as a participation politics, with full exercise of rights and observance of duties.
